Program Documentation

I have some skills I apply almost every time I program such as using pen and paper to plan out a program or data product. Keyboarding is a skill or what we used to call typing that I use every day. New skills for me include SQL queries, SAS Macro programming, creating business demographics, emotional intelligence and advanced ways of communicating. Some new techniques I learn in formal training and that works for me. Some techniques I learn in volunteer service work in the community. Much of my learning happens from books I read.
